It is a family-run hotel / guest house, and as such they are able to offer a much more personal welcome and service than you would find in most offer 'chain' hotels. The warm greeting by the owner on check-in was most welcome after a long journey to get there.

We really enjoyed the amazing and fantastic location, close to shops and restaurants. the communal areas were great, and the suburb of North Ascot is lovely. - Our room was new-fashioned and en suite, with cutlery and a fridge provided.

Very courteous service, excellent breakfast breads and a smile.
Do not book a taxi from Heathrow. It cost me £85 one way to Ascot. Call the hotel in advance and ask them to book Ascot Taxis. £25 one way, courteous service and great clean taxis.

I thought the hospitality tray was well stocked with plenty tea and coffee, and a choice of cereals. Complementary water and organge juice really good touches. The location was excellent for Ascot Racecourse, walkable if you wanted. Situated in a residential area so nice and quiet.

Hotel staff very welcoming and helpful. Choice of breakfasts and times a very good idea to be served in your room, freshly baked pastries each morning, ideal location for wentworth golf club only 10 mins away which was reason for our stay, also very close to ascot racecourse (5 mins). Will definately go back if hotel needed in that area again.comfortable rooms would fully recommend.
Shower was very powerful which at times was very noisey on plastic base and could hear water tanks filling up but we were at top of guesthouse, only very minor complaint would not stop me returning at all.
